UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navanetham Pillay is to visit Sri Lanka in January next year(2013),Navi Pillay had informed this, when a two-member delegation of Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam(DMK) led by its Treasurer M K Stalin met her in Geneva on Monday.
